BNP @ Virtual Class Series
BYND Strength: BYND Strength is a 45 minute semi private class thats geared towards building athleticism and strength through proven methods and techniques. Participants should expect to be coached on optimal movement quality, while progressively working through methods to improve total body strength and overall performance.
Access to Kettlebells, Dumbbells, household items or Odd objects preferred, but not necessary.
BYND PIT: Performance Interval Training is a 30 minute interval workout that combines heart pumping HIIT methods with sound performance based programming.
This series will provide its participants with an opportunity to expand on their current movement capacity by building on basic movement principles and applying training techniques utilized in performance enhancement training, as well as in the strength and conditioning fields.
No equipment required. Use of dumbbells, kettlebells, household items, etc. is at the discretion of the participant.
